Los Scream Awards de Spike TV son premios dedicados a las películas de géneros de horror, ciencia-ficción y fantasía. Los primeros premios Scream se celebraron el 10 de octubre de 2006. El espectáculo fue creado por los productores ejecutivos Michael Levitt, Cindy Levitt, y Casey Patterson.

El canal TNT transmitirá los Scream Awards en su cuarta edición, la ceremonia de premiación se llevará a cabo el 27 de octubre y la transmisión por TNT será el sábado 31 de octubre a la medianoche con repetición el lunes 2 de noviembre en el mismo horario.
